From the first phone call to the install everything went real smooth. He promptly returned my phone call and was installing the fence two days later! My husband and I were considering a wireless Invisible Fence® from Amazon because we had thought it would do the job and be less expensive….and then we had the good luck of talking with Shane from Pet Containment Services while he was working on our neighbor’s Invisible Fence®. Shane was very professional and friendly; he walked us through the process and even took the time to provide a quote on the spot. I was happy to see that the fence he was able to provide was less expensive than I had thought it would be and would allow my dogs to roam free through our entire yard. He was also able to provide fence options inside our home in order to keep our dogs off our carpeting. Shane was very patient with the training for both our family and our dogs. They were able to immediately enjoy a better quality of life due to this fence and great training, and out family is able to let them out without worrying. I had another pet fence company do my install…what a mistake!! They never even asked me to put a circuit breaker on my system and it blew out within nine months in a storm. (They also forgot to give me warranty information and had to come by a second time after I told them I was missing the included battery and rubber stoppers for the prongs.) They would not take responsibility to fix the problem. I then called Pet Containment Services and was more than satisfied with the owner Shane’s expertise, honesty and hardworking nature. Shane, I found out, puts a circuit breaker on almost every unit he installs for a nominal fee. The competition’s wire was thin and cheap as opposed to the wire Shane used which was much thicker for installation and durability. Whenever I would try to contact Shane, he would always answer his cell, unlike the other company where you would always get a recording and if you were lucky a call back maybe two days later. With Pet Containment Services, I paid less for the service call and labor and had someone knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Shane was more than reasonable and I would call again and highly recommend him to fix or install an invisible pet fence in the future.

Shane was truly amazing! His follow up was very quick and I got an appointment the very next day. He was able to work with the system I already had in place and customize it to the areas I wanted. I love that my dogs can now either be in the back of the house or the front of the house, but cannot cross. The entire experience was very painless and cheap! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
